Dr. Dylan
Chiropractor
Dr. Dylan Dyer has been practicing chiropractic in the Boston area since 2019. In addition to being an integral part of Englander Chiropractic Center, he is also a member of the care team of the Boston Ballet. Understanding the requirements of people, like dancers, who need to use proper body mechanics in order to do their work has trained Dr. Dylan on how to properly assess body movement.
Dr. Dylan hails from Florida, where he graduated from Daytona State University in 2016 and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2019. Dr. Dylan has helped to open numerous clinics throughout Eastern Massachusetts and has developed a keen interest in how people move- from athletes and dancers to people of every age performing regular daily activities.
Dr. Dylan specializes in low-force techniques, including Sacro-Occipital Technique, as well as more traditional chiropractic methods. He is also skilled in myofascial release technique, including cupping. His diversity of skills allows him to cater to the needs of each individual patient. He has a special interest in the muscles of the arms and legs, and loves giving patients specific exercises that will help their whole body work better.
Dr. Dylan lives in Boston with his partner, Kara, and their two dogs. When he’s not helping people keep their spines healthy, he is painting miniatures, and hosting a gaming community podcast called “Arachne”.
Dr. Nina

After working in offices in Portland and Nashville, Dr. Nina opened Englander Chiropractic Center in Lexington, Mass in 2002. Her practice combines various gentle adjusting techniques, such as Koren Specific Technique (KST) and Applied Kinesiology, as well as more traditional chiropractic methods. She is certified to work with children and pregnant women (Webster Technique). Dr. Nina’s practice emphasizes the body-mind connection, as well as incorporating nutrition and exercise, to facilitate healing.
Dr. Nina is a Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitator. With over 30 years in chiropractic practice, she has seen firsthand, over and over again, how events from the past, our deeply held beliefs and unresolved issues affect our health in ways we cannot easily see. These invisible causes of illness and dis-ease have wide-reaching effects – from simple injuries to serious conditions, headaches, allergies, and even our addictions. Along with providing holistic body-care, it has been her life’s work to find a way of untangling the emotional and spiritual causes of physical issues. With PSYCH-K® Dr. Nina is able to do that piece of the work simply and effectively.
Dr. Nina is also the author of “elevate” a simple meditation exercise for everyone – especially people who have trouble meditating!
